SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping fee is shouldered by the customer. All prices are exclusive of shipping fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All concerns with the item/s received must be reported within seven days from receipt. The process of return or exchange is below:
1. Please explain the nature of defect and include photos or videos.
2. The product should be unused and in the same condition as it is received with its original packaging and tags.
3. Shipping charges for all returns must be shouldered by the customer.
4. Once the return item is received and inspected, we will provide notification if approved or rejected.
No returns and exchanges allowed for footwear and sale items.
